I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from NDSU and a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Madison. I have a strong passion for holistic wellness and the treatment of trauma, and am an LGBTQIA+ ally and advocate for social justice.I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I am trained in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
